The location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the city center. A variety of stores and amenities were conveniently close. The hotel was clean and quite spacious. I found clean towels and a little gift left by the owners. Good cooking facilities were available.
Hot water stopped mid shower. Staff promptly put me into another room to use its shower. The stairs made so much noise with the creaking wood. There were no other issues .
